What FundingHope Charges Issuers

We believe in transparent pricing. Here is a clear summary of the fees issuers pay to run a Regulation Crowdfunding offering on FundingHope.

  • Issuer Commitment Fee — $1,995 | Covers platform onboarding, campaign hosting, compliance review, escrow account setup, and background checks on up to three covered parties. Due at the time of onboarding. No additional fee if you advance from a Test the Waters campaign to a live Reg CF offering.
  • Offering Fee — 4% of total capital raised | Assessed on all funds successfully raised and distributed at the close of your offering. Only paid if your campaign reaches your minimum target amount.
  • Pass-Through & Transaction Fees | Transactional fees charged by our 3rd party vendors. These may include, but are not limited to, wire handling fees, ACH fees, escrow amendment fees, e-signature fees, KYC/AML checks, and self-directed IRA payment fees. 

FundingHope also charges investors 2% at the time of their investment. Investors may also pay an additional 3% fee if using a charge card to make their investment.
