FundingHope BridgeBuilder Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Individuals, businesses, and organizations can earn a Referral Fee for referring qualified businesses to FundingHope
FundingHope is offering a BridgeBuilder Referral Program for individuals, businesses, and organizations who refer one or more qualified businesses and their CEO and/or Founder to FundingHope.
An individual, business, or organization successfully referring an issuer to FundingHope is recognized as a BridgeBuilder.
Upon submission of a Referral to FundingHope using the Refer a Founder application on the FundingHope website, FundingHope will review the Referral along with additional required information to be provided by the Referred Company to determine whether to designate the Referral as an Accepted Issuer. To be an Accepted Issuer, Referrals must not be an Existing Client of FundingHope, and have filed a valid and effective Form C with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, executed a Regulation CF Issuer Agreement with FundingHope LLC, and be live on the FundingHope site within 90-days of the Referral Date. FundingHope will pay the applicable Referral Fee to the BridgeBuilder within 60-days of the offering going live on the FundingHope site.
The Referral Fee is earned when the eligible offering goes live on the FundingHope site. The Referral Fee is not conditioned on the offering successfully raising the Minimum Amount (Target Amount.)
Individuals, businesses, and organizations may earn a Referral Fee for each Qualified Business that satisfies these Referral Program Terms, however, only one Referral Fee may be earned for any individual Qualified Business. If a Qualified Business is referred by more than one party, we will grant a Referral Fee only once. In such a situation, we will grant a Referral Fee to the individual, business, or organization with the earliest Referral Date. FundingHope shall make a reasonable effort to consult with all relevant parties and the final decision of FundingHope regarding the Referral Fee shall be final.
Referral Fees are based on the Target Offering Amount of the Issuer’s Offering, and as listed on following schedule:

* The target amount represents the minimum amount of money that needs to be raised in the financing round in order for the issuer to realize the investment. FundingHope accepts offerings in the amounts between a minimum of $50,000 and up to $5,000,000 under Reg CF rules and regulations.
Payment of Referral Fees
BridgeBuilders who have earned a Referral Fee in connection with the FundingHope BridgeBuilder Referral Program in accordance with these Referral Program Terms will be paid by ACH transfer to a United States chartered bank account. The Referral Fee will not be paid in any other manner, such as by cash, check, or investment credit.
Exceptions
The BridgeBuilder Referral Program is intended to encourage individuals, businesses, and organizations to refer genuinely new Qualified Businesses to the FundingHope investment crowdfunding platform. FundingHope reserves the right to deny Referral Fees at any time and for any reason. FundingHope may refuse to award a Referral Fee to persons directly connected to a referred business, including as an employee, contractor, board member, advisory board member, immediate family member, partner, officer, or other relationships where we believe that payment of a Referral Fee would not be consistent with the purpose of the BridgeBuilder Referral Program. We also reserve the right to refuse to award a Referral Fee where we believe you may have abused the BridgeBuilder Referral Program. This may include discussing or posting about this BridgeBuilder Referral Program in any public place, such as an internet forum or community without prior approval of material by FundingHope.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Severability
If any provisions of the BridgeBuilder Referral Program Terms are held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, those provisions shall be deemed severed from the BridgeBuilder Referral Program Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Changes to the Referral Program Terms
FundingHope may change the BridgeBuilder Referral Program Terms at any time without prior notice. FundingHope will post any changes to the BridgeBuilder Referral Program Terms on https://fundinghope.com. Any changes made to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Participants who continue to participate in the BridgeBuilder Referral Program consent to any changes FundingHope may make in the future.

Questions about the BridgeBuilder Referral Program, including any discrepancies regarding a Referral Fee should be directed to FundingHope by email at hope@fundinghope.com. You may be asked to submit additional information to assist FundingHope staff in arriving at a solution. All decisions regarding Referral Fees will be at the sole discretion of FundingHope and be final.
